Delivery & Returns

This page contains information concerning delivery of purchases and our returns process.

Delivery

Items purchased through our online store are usually delivered using DHL 24 hrs from Monday to Friday depending on location and stock availability. If items are not in stock you will receive an email regarding this and updates on the progress. 

Please note that any order received after 10:00 from Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Scottish Highlands & Offshore

Please note if your parcel is to be delivered to one of these Postcode Ranges you will need to select SCOHIGH as your shipping method at checkout.  Costs start at £20 (Depending on weight & Size).

AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, IV1-63, KW1-14, PH1-39

Returns Process

Please contact our offices in the first instance to advise a return is intended. This will enable us to issue an RMA number and email you the required paperwork for completion and return with the item(s).

Do not attempt to return an item to us without following the above first; such deliveries will be rejected leading to unnecessary cost for you.
