Delivery & Returns

This page contains information concerning delivery of purchases and our returns process.


Please note that deliveries might take longer due to the situation at the moment, so we apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

At the moment we have stock but we cannot guarantee that this will not change in the near future, we will try our best to continue with our supply but we have to rely on our suppliers. Thank you for your understanding. 


Items purchased through our online store are usually delivered using Parcel Force 48 hrs from Monday to Friday depending on location and stock availability. If items are not in stock you will receive an email regarding this and updates on the progress. 

Please note that any order received after 10:00 from Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched on the next Monday. 

Returns Process

Please contact our offices in the first instance to advise a return is intended. This will enable us to issue an RMA number and email you the required paperwork for completion and return with the item(s).

Do not attempt to return an item to us without following the above first; such deliveries will be rejected leading to unnecessary cost for you.
